Anxiety or being anxious has become a common word today. It is said that more than 5% of the American population suffer from anxiety related attacks and world wide the number of people affected is on the rise.



How to deal with anxiety has become a major issue today with the disorder catching up on more and more people. Just give half an hour to exercises regularly and observe the change in yourself within a short period of time. Just practice common exercises like brisk walking and these are enough to serve the purpose. Breathing exercise is also considered a good exercise to treat anxiety.
